As an Analyst, Benefits, you will play an important role in supporting employees, leaders, and HR partners. Your work will help ensure our benefits programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with our people-first culture, supporting the overall well-being and growth of our team.

Your impact

In this role, you will contribute significantly to the smooth operation and enhancement of WSP's employee benefits offerings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the administration and delivery of employee benefit programs across Canada.
  • Analyze benefits data and trends to identify opportunities for program enhancement and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with vendors, HR teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Assist with annual renewals, enrollment activities, and benefits-related projects.
  • Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding benefit plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
  • Monitor legislative and market developments to help maintain program compliance and competitiveness.
  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee wellness and support organizational growth.

Who we're looking for

We are seeking a dedicated professional with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for supporting employee well-being. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting employee benefits, pension programs, or total rewards initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop meaningful insights.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
