Position Summary

As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition specialists and hiring managers, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in recruitment operations, compliance, and process excellence. Key Duties

In this Co-op role, you will play a crucial part in the talent acquisition process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your impact will include:

  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition specialists and hiring managers to coordinate interviews and hiring workflows.
  • Creating and launching new hiring requisitions in Oracle Recruiting Cloud for the Global Capability Centre.
  • Conducting audit and quality-control checks on open requisitions to ensure alignment with WSP’s Global Employee Value Proposition.
  • Guiding internal stakeholders on compliance with talent acquisition processes and policies.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to cross-functional collaboration.
  • Taking ownership of assigned tasks and supporting operational excellence.
  • Responding to internal and external inquiries, delivering a client-focused experience.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a recognized co-op undergraduate program in Human Resources or related field.
  • Interest in talent acquisition, HR, and business operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with applicant tracking systems is an asset.
  • Resourceful, energetic, eager to learn.
  • Bilingualism (French & English) is required.
