Key Responsibilities and Required Experience

As Team Leader, National Casualty & Bodily Injury, you will facilitate weekly team huddles and conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide guidance and support. A core responsibility involves analysing, developing, and implementing efficient claims processes, procedures, and methods to improve workflow and results, directly impacting team performance. You will provide on-the-job training, technical direction, and leadership to staff regarding performance, productivity, conduct, and adherence to corporate policies, ensuring a high standard of service in insurance claims.
