Key Responsibilities and Required Experience
As Team Leader, National Casualty & Bodily Injury, you will facilitate weekly team huddles and conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide guidance and support. A core responsibility involves analysing, developing, and implementing efficient claims processes, procedures, and methods to improve workflow and results, directly impacting team performance. You will provide on-the-job training, technical direction, and leadership to staff regarding performance, productivity, conduct, and adherence to corporate policies, ensuring a high standard of service in insurance claims. Delivering ongoing performance feedback and creating development plans when necessary is also a critical aspect of this role. Monthly audits will be completed by reviewing and monitoring claims files, offering constructive, actionable feedback to maintain quality and consistency across all casualty and bodily injury claims.
