What You Bring to Definity

To succeed in this Senior Underwriter position, a university degree or a college diploma, or the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation, is required. Candidates must possess a minimum of two to three years of Commercial Automobile Fleet & Garage underwriting experience, demonstrating a proven track record in the field. A high degree of proficiency with English is required to effectively service customers, both internal to Definity and external across Canada, ensuring clear and precise communication in all interactions. You should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, utilizing these tools for analysis and documentation.
