Key Responsibilities and Claim Management

This includes directly investigating each General Liability claim through prompt and strategically appropriate contact with policyholders, claimants, law enforcement, witnesses, and technical experts to determine liability, damages, and contribution potential. The role requires active engagement in identifying, selecting, and directing internal or external resources for specific activities needed to effectively evaluate claims. Qualifications and Experience
