In this role, your impact will span critical areas, beginning with operational performance and continuous improvement. You will lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, ensure delivery consistency, and uplift service performance across all Infrastructure Services. This includes establishing and maintaining robust KPI, dashboard, and executive reporting frameworks to measure organisational performance and support data-driven decision-making. Furthermore, you will lead financial planning activities, improving cost transparency, forecast accuracy, and visibility into operational and strategic investments. Your expertise in portfolio governance and delivery management will be key, promoting consistent program and project management standards across Infrastructure Services. You will oversee portfolio performance, meticulously managing delivery risks, dependencies, and timelines to enhance execution discipline and achieve business objectives, ensuring all initiatives align with enterprise priorities and measurable value delivery outcomes.

The ideal candidate for this Senior Manager position brings a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, coupled with over ten years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure services, program delivery, performance management, or similar leadership roles within complex environments. A strong understanding of ITIL or comparable IT service management frameworks is essential, with project or program management certification being a valuable asset. We are seeking a leader with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholder groups, possessing strong change management capability and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility settings. Your leadership and people management skills will be crucial for setting clear objectives, coaching team members, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
