What You Bring to Definity

Candidates for this Senior Auto Claims Representative position should bring a minimum of three years' experience handling automobile physical damage claims of a moderately complex to complex nature. Advanced knowledge of claims processes and procedures is required, including experience in both tort and DCPD provinces. We are looking for professionals who are consistently professional, friendly, and courteous in all interactions, demonstrating strong analytical and decision-making skills. Proficiency with Windows-based programs and excellent keyboarding skills are essential for managing detailed file records and processing claims efficiently. A team-oriented approach, valuing collegiality and collaborative goal accomplishment, will help you succeed.
