The Opportunity
The University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) is seeking a dedicated Sessional Lecturer to deliver MAT134H5S LEC103, Integral Calculus for Life Sciences. Responsibilities
As a Sessional Lecturer at the University of Toronto Mississauga, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive delivery of the MAT134H5S course. - Planning lectures, tutorials, assignments, and tests, including the development of marking schemes.

Benefits

The salary rates for a full course equivalent (FCE) are clearly defined, with specific rates for Sessional Lecturer I - $19,994.95; Sessional Lecturer 1 Long Term - $21,398.43; Sessional Lecturer II - $21,398.43; Sessional Lecturer II Long Term - $21,907.92; Sessional Lecturer III - $21,907.92; and Sessional Lecturer III Long Term - $22,457.80. Should the rates stipulated in the collective agreement vary from those stated in this posting, the rates in the collective agreement shall prevail.
In addition to the salary, the role includes dedicated TA support, amounting to 45 hours per tutorial and per semester, to assist with course delivery and student engagement. This support helps ensure a manageable workload and enhances the overall learning experience for students.
