Retail Support Associate - TELUS, Markham

What you'll do

As a Seasonal Retail Support Associate in our stores, you can expect to engage with customers and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Engage with customers to build rapport, identify their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Work closely with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment
• Assist with daily store operations, including managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized
• Work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Key dates include but not limited to November 27, November 28, November 29th and November 30th (Black Friday weekend and Cyber Monday) and December 26 - December 27 (Boxing Day weekend)

Who we're looking for

We are passionate about people, our customers, and our communities. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required, and a passion for technology and telecommunications is a plus.
