Driving Impact and Leveraging Expertise

In this role, your primary focus will be to drive regional growth by leading strategic business development initiatives across Ontario and Atlantic Canada. You will cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, including utilities and dam owners, positioning WSP as a trusted partner. This involves leading and coordinating winning pursuit strategies, proposals, and client presentations across multidisciplinary teams. You will also direct and oversee major hydropower and dams projects, often acting as a Project Director or Program Manager, providing essential technical leadership and guidance aligned with your area of engineering expertise.
