Key Responsibilities and Leadership
This Produce Manager role demands strong leadership in achieving financial results and meeting store budget objectives across sales, margins, expenses, and inventory turns, aligning with the overall business plan. You will provide leadership and uphold confidentiality in critical areas such as employee relations, performance management, and union contract compliance, ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
