You will also create engaging internal communications using the Knak platform, ensuring all employees remain informed and connected. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the Office Manager on employee events and culture initiatives, maintain HR compliance, and provide vital people reporting and insights. During busy periods, your support for recruitment will be invaluable, coordinating interviews and candidate communications.
