What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Assistant Manager, you will be an integral part of the management team, working to create memorable experiences for all visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and, when necessary, take an active hand to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
• Manage the guest experience - ensure every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and is excited about their next visit.
• Assist with managing your theatre’s budget and growing revenue.
• Forecast, initiate action/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada’s #1 premier film exhibition company.

• You have schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.
