Key Duties

As a Cast Leader at Cineplex, your primary responsibilities will involve guiding and supporting your peers while ensuring operational excellence. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive atmosphere and ensuring all company policies and procedures are consistently followed. Your leadership will be vital in directing cast activities and facilitating training.

• Assist the management team in directing and coordinating Cast activities to consistently exceed Guest expectations
• Facilitate all in-house training, be dedicated to consistent training efforts, and provide feedback to management about Cast performance

Qualifications

To excel as a Cast Leader at Cineplex, candidates should possess a strong foundation in guest service and demonstrated leadership capabilities. This role requires individuals who are committed to upholding our service standards and inspiring their team.

• Minimum of 6 months tenure with no active discipline
• Cross-trained in all building offerings: core concession, floor, RBOs, box office
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to encourage others to perform at a high level
• Consistently deliver the highest quality of guest service and have the ability to lead those behaviours in others
• Available to work at times that are critical to the needs of the business
• Completion of a certification process designed to evaluate Cineplex job knowledge and presentation skills (required for consideration)
