Your impact

As a Distribution Center Supervisor, your leadership will directly influence the productivity and safety within the JYSK distribution centre. You will guide your team of colleagues to meet operational targets and uphold JYSK's high standards, ensuring smooth and accurate workflows across all functions.

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Distribution Center Colleagues to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure all operational tasks are completed in compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Monitor labour planning, workload distribution, and shift performance to maintain operational efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve operational challenges, including order variances, inventory discrepancies, and workflow interruptions.
• Support onboarding and training for new colleagues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, conducting safety checks and ensuring adherence to Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and management to improve processes, optimize space, and enhance overall Distribution Center performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
