This pivotal role is essential for safeguarding JYSK’s assets and minimizing losses through the diligent execution of loss prevention policies and procedures within the store. You will also play a key part in supporting the store management team, helping to embed company values and customer promises throughout the team and daily store operations.

Key Duties

As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities are crucial for maintaining efficient and secure store operations. Your duties will include:

• Following all loss prevention and key control policies to effectively reduce shrink.
• Performing Weekly Inventory Cycle counts and periodic Full Store Inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Placing weekly orders to ensure the store has sufficient inventory levels.
• Following proper store opening and closing procedures, including alarm checks and security walks.
• Engaging in physical demands such as mobility (walking, standing, climbing, bending) and manual material handling (lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying).
• Operating ladders and stock pickers for the movement of product as required.
