What You'll Do

In this dynamic Sales Colleague role, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our product displays are always at their best. You will play a key part in the daily operations of our Winnipeg store, contributing to a positive shopping experience for every customer.

• Provide fast and friendly service to our customers.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Ensure the product presentation on the floor is consistently maintained to JYSK standards.
• Ensure stock is replenished as required to keep shelves full.
• Assist with flyer products and pricing changes.
• Perform physical demands including walking, standing, climbing, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials.
• Move product using ladders and stock pickers as required.

Qualifications

JYSK is looking for individuals who bring energy and a customer-first mindset to our team. While specific experience is preferred, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued for this Sales Colleague position.

• High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to work independently and seek out assistance as required.
• 1+ year of retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
