Day-to-day

As a Sales Colleague, your primary focus will be providing fast and friendly service to our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the appealing presentation of our product range on the sales floor.

• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist customer inquiries.
• Ensure product presentation on the floor is consistently maintained.
• Assist with stock replenishment to keep shelves full.
• Help with flyer products and pricing changes as required.

This role also involves physical demands, including mobility such as walking, standing, climbing, and bending. Manual material handling, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying, is also part of the job. Movement of product by using ladders and stock pickers is required to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

To thrive in this Sales Colleague position, we are looking for individuals who bring energy and a customer-focused approach.

• High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to work independently and seek out assistance as required.
• 1+ year of retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
