This Director will oversee all aspects of corporate IT operations infrastructure, including networks, local servers, workstations, cloud environments, and telecommunications, ensuring high availability, performance, and redundancy of all IT systems and services. A key focus will be on leading proactive maintenance, patching, and updating of all corporate hardware, software, and systems. Managing the IT Help Desk, prioritizing employee experience and secure identity management (SSO/MFA), is also a core responsibility. In terms of enterprise applications, you will advise departments on selecting business-critical tools (CRM, HRIS, ERP) to ensure they meet stringent security and operational standards, architecting their integration for seamless data extraction and analysis.
