The Opportunity

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) invites dedicated applicants to join their team in Kindersley as a Part-time Temporary Continuing Care Assistant. This vital role, based within the Home Support department at the Kindersley Health Centre, offers an opportunity to provide essential care to clients in their homes. As the largest employer in Saskatchewan, the SHA is committed to providing coordinated, quality, and patient-centred health services across the province. This temporary position is scheduled from August 17, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with a consistent rotation of 94.08 hours over six weeks, including days, evenings, and weekends.

  • Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA) is required.
  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently.
  • A valid driver's license may be required, given the travel component of Home Care Hours.
  • A Food Safe certificate may be required.
