Role Overview
As an Associate Product Manager, Financial Services at Canadian Tire, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of customer-focused products. This involves working across our diverse credit card, insurance, and retail banking businesses. You'll collaborate extensively with teams in marketing, operations, technology, and compliance to successfully bring new initiatives to market and enhance existing offerings. Your Impact
- Support the development, enhancement, and launch of credit card, insurance, and retail banking products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver product initiatives from initial concept through to successful launch.
- Assist in defining clear business requirements and maintaining alignment across all stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate go-to-market activities and provide support for ongoing product improvements post-launch.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and other partners.
- Contribute to strategic product planning by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive overall business performance.
What You'll Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in financial services or related product/business roles, such as banking, credit cards, insurance, or lending.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience supporting product initiatives, projects, or business processes within a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- A business-oriented mindset coupled with solid problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

- Exposure to credit cards, retail banking, insurance, or loyalty programs.
- Experience supporting product launches or other customer-facing initiatives.
