As an Assistant Manager at JYSK, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store management team. Your primary focus will be on upholding company values and customer promises within your team and throughout the store, achieved through effective modeling, coaching, and high-quality instruction. You will also contribute to the implementation of sales and merchandising plans, working to promote a highly engaged team culture that drives success.

The role also involves essential operational duties, including physical demands such as mobility (walking, standing, climbing, bending) and manual material handling (lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying). Movement of product using ladders and stock pickers is required.

• Assisting with loss prevention processes in the store, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations.
• Assisting with store stock management, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales within your assigned categories.
• Delivering and meeting sales budgets and goals for your Department.
