About the Role

Our Amusement Hosts are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional entertainment experience to each and every guest. The Amusement Host operates all major attractions and is an expert on gaming within the facility and can help answer and/or curate the gaming experience for both experienced and non-experienced gamers. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced and social atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you.

In this role, your responsibilities include upselling games by showing guests game operations, encouraging guests to play and creating an overall fun, playful environment for them. You will also ensure both games and individual stations are clean, well-maintained and fully operational, and assist with restocking the Store. Being a trusted resource for guests’ inquiries and concerns and having a working knowledge of the venue’s pricing for special events, promotions and daily events are also key aspects of this position.

What You'll Bring

This role may be a perfect fit for you if you are the required age of majority or older for licensed venues. Preferably, you have some experience with customer service. You should be able to complete tasks with attention to detail and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. A provincially applicable certificate for the sale and handling of alcohol is also required.
