About the Role

As the Director, Wealth Oversight Programs at Sun Life, reporting to the AVP, Business Oversight Programs, you will be accountable for the end-to-end Tier 1 supervision and oversight framework for Sun Life’s mutual fund dealer (SLFISI) and securities dealer (SLCSI). This pivotal role involves providing leadership, regulatory accountability, and strategic direction for first-line supervision activities and dealer-level risk management. You will oversee a dedicated team of Regional Managers and Corporate Branch Managers, who are responsible for executing our Tier 1 Wealth Supervision across Sun Life’s operations. The Director ensures consistent, effective, and scalable oversight across both dealers, maintaining strict alignment with CIRO, CSA, and OFSI expectations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
