Position Summary

Join CIBC in Toronto as a Sr. Project Coordinator, a pivotal role within a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world. You'll be instrumental in identifying and implementing improvements that significantly enhance client experience, drive operational efficiencies, and mitigate fraud losses. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work activities with 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days can be remote.

In this role, you'll quantify fraud risk exposures and evaluate strategic approaches for loss prevention and mitigation. You'll need to support new initiatives from the initial risk identification phase through solution planning and implementation, ensuring all strategic projects are executed effectively. As a key member of various cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Analytics, and Operations, you'll help deliver initiatives that shape the future of banking at CIBC and make a tangible impact.
