Leading a High-Performing Solution Engineering Team

The Solution Engineering Manager will be responsible for fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture, aligning around shared goals, and driving consistent execution excellence. Qualifications and Professional Growth

Candidates for this Solution Engineering Manager position should possess a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, coupled with at least four years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience. Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with six years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or seven years of equivalent experience, will be considered. Preferred qualifications include eight or more years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery experience, alongside six or more years of experience with cloud and hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management. Additionally, a minimum of three years of people management experience, including leading virtual teams, is highly valued for this role at Microsoft.
