**Your Impact and Key Responsibilities**
As a Smart Mobility Consultant, your influence will be felt throughout various project stages, primarily during the planning and feasibility phases. You will support the comprehensive delivery of critical work, including needs and opportunity assessments, feasibility studies, technology discussion papers, strategic plans, and long-range planning studies. This role involves developing concept of operations, performance-based specifications, and aiding in pilot planning and delivery. You will also conduct market and jurisdictional scans, literature reviews, and existing systems reviews, contributing to program delivery on multi-disciplinary assignments. Your expertise will span diverse subject matter areas within the Smart Mobility and ITS industry, such as connected and automated vehicles (CAVs), managed lanes, parking management, tolling, traveller information systems, traffic signal systems, transit management systems, advanced traffic management systems, integrated corridor management, and border systems. You will apply critical thinking and creativity to problem-solving, leveraging your understanding of the strengths and limitations of technology. Beyond project execution, you will prepare work plans, schedules, and budgets, support business development efforts by identifying and responding to opportunities, and establish strong working relationships with clients and internal leads. Facilitating stakeholder meetings to grasp the overarching vision is key, as is ensuring rigorous quality control and quality assurance for *des* solutions durables.
