The manager will evolve incident response frameworks and define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to ensure sustainable on-call practices. Furthermore, you will champion engineering standards for security, testability, and maintainability, facilitating technical discussions across domains and communicating trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
