Responsibilities

As a Sales Colleague, you will play a vital role in our store operations by carrying out the following duties:

• Provide fast and friendly service to our customers
• Have strong product knowledge and ensure the product presentation on the floor is maintained
• Ensure stock is replenished
• Assist with flyer products and pricing changes
• Perform physical demands including mobility such as walking, standing, climbing, bending, and manual material handling like lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying
• Move products by use of ladders and stock pickers as required

Who we're looking for

We are searching for candidates who bring specific qualities to this role:

• High level of energy with strong customer service skills
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Capacity to work independently and seek out assistance as required
• 1+ year of retail experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
