Key duties

As a Sales Colleague, you will provide fast and friendly service to our customers while maintaining floor presentation and strong product knowledge.

• Provide fast and friendly service to our customers
• Maintain strong product knowledge
• Ensure the product presentation on the floor is maintained
• Ensure stock is replenished
• Assist with flyer products and pricing changes

Physical demands that are required include mobility such as walking, standing, climbing, and bending, alongside manual material handling like lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying. Movement of product by use of ladders and stock pickers is required.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role and support JYSK retail operations, candidates should bring the following qualifications:

• High level of energy with strong customer service skills
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Capacity to work independently and seek out assistance as required
• 1+ year of retail experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
