Role overview

Sleep Country is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time Sales Associate position in Kelowna. This industry-leading commissioned role will motivate and empower you to go above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of our customers and become a true Sleep Expert. Based on national average sales commission and bonus earnings, there is potential to earn $70,000 per year, with no limits to your earning potential.

Your impact

As an essential member of the team, you will actively contribute to store success and customer satisfaction through daily engagement and operational tasks.

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings.
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations.

Requirements

We look for motivated candidates who possess a customer-first mindset and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

• Ideally have 1- 3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this is considered an asset and not mandatory as we will invest in the right person!
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus.
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own.
