Full-Time Helper - Sleep Country, Richmond

Position summary

Sleep Country is seeking a dependable Full-Time Helper to join their team in Richmond. Designed for individuals who enjoy staying active and engaging with the public, this administration and operations role gets you out on the road helping deliver quality sleep products directly to homes.

Who we're looking for

The ideal candidate brings the right physical readiness and a positive attitude to support customer deliveries and daily operations.

• High school diploma
• Physical ability to lift and move large items up to 88lbs (40kg)
• Ability to work a flexible shift which may include evenings and weekends
• Think quickly and the ability to tackle problems
• Experience working within a warehouse or delivery environment is considered an asset

Key duties

In this dynamic role, you will take on several hands-on responsibilities to ensure every customer receives exceptional service:

• Provide an excellent customer service experience by delivering our products to each customer’s home in a professional, friendly and enthusiastic manner
• Work together as part of a team by alternating between a driving and helping capacity
• Handle and assemble (where required) our products into customers’ homes while following all health and safety procedures
• Complete the required paperwork for each delivery
• Work together as part of the Operations team to exceed goals and expectations
