Your Impact

As a Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our mission, directly engaging with customers to understand their unique needs and guide them towards the perfect sleep products and services. You'll play a crucial role in creating an inviting store environment and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promoting our quality products and service offerings.
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment, and store housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to learn. While prior experience in sales or retail is valued, it's not a strict requirement, as we are committed to investing in the right person to develop their expertise in sleep products and customer needs.

• Ideally 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service (considered an asset, not mandatory).
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus.
• Ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning.
• Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to tackle problems on your own.
