This challenging and rewarding position requires a proactive individual to plan, organize, and coordinate a wide range of activities within their assigned area. The Nurse A - Assessor will also be responsible for coordinating client care plan activities with physicians, clients, their families, and other agencies as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to patient support. Furthermore, this role involves implementing, interpreting, and assisting in the development of client care procedures and policies, alongside developing and implementing orientation and training programmes. Administrative duties are also a required component of this comprehensive nursing position. Travel is required for this role, necessitating a valid Class 5 driver's license.
