A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or a related field is required, coupled with at least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high-performance sales and technical-sales teams, or leadership roles within large, multi-tiered organisations. Alternatively, a Master's degree in a relevant field with 7 years of similar experience is acceptable. A critical component of this role is direct people management experience, with a minimum of 3 years required. Preferred qualifications include 10+ years of experience with a Bachelor's or 6+ years with a Master's, along with 4+ years of direct, indirect, and/or project team people management experience. Proven experience leading teams and/or managers within a sales organisation for at least two years is highly valued.
