About the Role: Enterprise Integration & MEP Program Delivery

As a Managing Director, you will provide critical program management leadership for SLC MEP and broader integration activities within SLC Management, a growing global asset management firm. This pivotal role is accountable for shaping the overall execution approach, ensuring alignment among senior stakeholders, and establishing rigorous governance discipline across various initiatives. Your expertise will ensure that all decisions, risks, dependencies, budgets, and execution priorities are managed with the transparency and rigour expected at an enterprise leadership level, driving successful outcomes for SLC Management's strategic objectives.

A core responsibility involves owning and actively managing the integrated execution plan for all SLC MEP and integration activities. This includes meticulously tracking milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, sequencing, and critical decision points. You will be instrumental in running disciplined operating rhythms, governance forums, status reviews, and escalation processes to maintain momentum and accountability across all workstreams. Furthermore, effective budget management, approval tracking, and oversight of advisor scopes and deliverables will be crucial. Your ability to convert diverse cross-functional inputs into clear action items, owner assignments, execution decisions, and progress updates for senior leadership will be key to maintaining consistent delivery momentum and resolving any roadblocks or execution issues promptly, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

Your strong delivery discipline, sound judgment, and proven ability to drive outcomes through influence, coordination, and structured follow-through are essential. Candidates must demonstrate an exceptional ability to translate strategic priorities into executable plans, effectively manage competing workstreams, resolve ambiguity, and keep teams focused on critical delivery milestones. Strong communication skills are paramount, enabling you to prepare concise status updates, action logs, decision materials, governance documents, and escalation summaries for various stakeholders, including executive sponsors and senior decision-makers.

Furthermore, experience in managing external advisors, including overseeing budgets, scopes of work, deliverables, and timelines, along with resolving execution-related issues, is a key requirement. You should be comfortable operating across diverse functional areas such as Finance, Tax, HR, Legal, Technology, Operations, transaction integration, operating model change, and enterprise-wide implementation activities.
