Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

The Internal Audit Analyst will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive risk-based audits, covering all stages from initial planning to follow-up. A key aspect of this role involves developing and contributing to robust risk assessments by thoroughly understanding various business processes, identifying critical risks, and designing appropriately scaled audit programmes. The analyst will perform detailed analysis of assigned processes to ascertain business objectives, pinpoint key risks, and evaluate the effectiveness of associated controls. This includes conducting process walk-throughs, designing and executing specific audit testing procedures, and meticulously documenting all audit work in adherence to established internal audit methodology. Furthermore, the role requires preparing clear, concise audit reports that offer practical, value-added recommendations, and subsequently monitoring and following up on agreed management actions to ensure successful implementation.
