Furthermore, you will participate in mediations, pre-trials, and various settlement initiatives, often settling claims directly with Plaintiff’s Counsel and providing instruction to Defence Counsel. Your ability to manage a complex portfolio of automobile bodily injury or accident benefit claims, or even automobile property damage claims of increasing complexity, will be highly valued.
