About the Opportunity at Definity
As an Intermediate Bodily Injury/Casualty Representative at Definity, you will report to the Leader, National Casualty and Bodily Injury Claims, taking on progressively challenging claims handling responsibilities. Responsibilities extend to confirming policy coverages, meticulously investigating claims to determine liability and quantum, and maintaining detailed file records. Furthermore, you will participate in mediations, pre-trials, and various settlement initiatives, often settling claims directly with Plaintiff’s Counsel and providing instruction to Defence Counsel. Your ability to manage a complex portfolio of automobile bodily injury or accident benefit claims, or even automobile property damage claims of increasing complexity, will be highly valued.
