About the Role
As an HR Business Intelligence Analyst within the HR Analytics and Reporting team, you will be instrumental in developing comprehensive dashboard, reporting, and data solutions for the wider HR team, significantly advancing HR Analytics at Definity. You will collaborate closely with HR Centres of Excellence and HR Business Partner teams, providing valuable data insights to inform strategic workforce and business decisions. This role involves enhancing HR analytics value through strong partnerships, designing and automating robust HR dashboards and reporting solutions primarily using Tableau, and optimising end-to-end HR data pipelines and datasets with Google Cloud Platform technologies like Google Cloud Storage and BigQuery. You will also be responsible for transforming raw data into engaging visual narratives and presentations, effectively communicating key trends and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, and actively engaging in continuous learning opportunities related to data sources, systems, coding techniques, and insurance industry concepts.
