This involves working with various internal and external groups to formulate, define, test, and troubleshoot system configurations for End User Computing (EUC) systems within the Scotiabank environment. You will also participate in the global governance of EUC Technology standards, assessing products and providing expert advisory and recommendations on onboarding new technologies. Managing incidents and problems effectively to ensure prompt and effective resolution, engaging both internal and external partners, is another core responsibility. Furthermore, you will effectively manage and maintain an EUC Lab that facilitates both project and service delivery, supporting the end-to-end solution lifecycle from discovery and planning through implementation and optimization for critical application systems.

Skills and Culture
