What You'll Do

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers politely, assisting with product information, locating merchandise, and resolving issues or referring concerns as needed. Cover assigned areas on the sales floor. Zone assigned areas to maintain appearance and organisation. Move feature merchandise to its designated modular location. Process recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other store areas. Assist with Front End coverage as required. Communicate with fellow associates to ensure continuous floor coverage. Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure. Stock merchandise, perform downstocking when applicable, and apply product protection as required. Set and complete modulars, including flex modulars, and install new shelf caps.
