Your Impact and Required Experience

In this Electrical and Controls Designer position, your impact will be significant, involving the transformation of P&IDs into precise electrical drawings and specifications. You will be responsible for generating complete electrical drawing packages for approval, bid, and construction, encompassing single-line diagrams, schematics, lighting design, control panel details, and heat trace design. Your expertise will be crucial in applying engineering and construction standards to evaluate RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and electrical contract documents, ensuring seamless integration across various disciplines. Furthermore, you will provide practical wiring details and technical guidance to support electrical contractors in the field, offering responsive support during construction to resolve issues quickly and safely.
