A significant aspect of this role involves directing end-to-end compensation planning activities, encompassing business requirements, system testing, and year-end cycles for Executive AIP, Non-Executive AIP, BIP, CBIP, and GBM globally. Furthermore, the Director will oversee Executive Services and Global Mobility, managing the administration of the Bank’s equity programs, executive perquisites, and other critical activities. The position is also responsible for enhancing Compensation Solutions' offerings through continuous improvement, identifying areas for automation and streamlining activities, and working with HR teams globally to optimize compensation cycles, including specialized incentive plan tool implementation to facilitate calculations, payments, and reporting for various business lines.
