Opportunity Overview
This is a fixed-term opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join the LCBO team as a Customer Service Representative and Administrative Clerk. You will be based at the Mississauga GTA Service Centre from June 8 to September 7, 2026. This role combines administrative skills with delivering outstanding customer service. If you are customer-focused and experienced in establishing procedures to ensure client satisfaction, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities
You will provide professional support to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your duties will include handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for processing and managing customer orders, invoices, returns, and refunds. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our systems is crucial. Additionally, you will assist with general office responsibilities such as filing, data entry, and reconciliations. Preparing reports and administrative documentation, along with performing additional tasks as required, will also be part of your role. You will collaborate with team members to improve office operations and customer service strategies.
What You'll Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (with the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets), and Outlook, is required. We are looking for individuals with experience in both customer service and administrative roles. You should have experience interpreting and responding to customer requests, as well as proficiency in establishing procedures to ensure client satisfaction. Documenting customer issues in detail is also an important skill. The ability to lift and carry weights up to 18 kgs (40 lbs) is necessary for this position. This job is part of a union, requiring payment of union dues, which is currently 1.35% of your gross earnings.
