<h3>Driving Epic Application Optimisation and Support</h3>
<p>The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the continuous support, optimisation, and maintenance of the Epic Health Information System (HIS). This responsibility involves applying deep technical expertise to meticulously design, build, test, and implement Epic applications, ensuring seamless alignment with complex hospital workflows. As a subject matter expert with extensive Epic knowledge and multiple Epic certifications, you will provide advanced guidance and support to both technical and clinical teams. Your responsibilities will further extend to analysing operational needs, precisely configuring Epic systems, and informing critical workflow decisions through rigorous validation sessions. Continuous evaluation of new features and releases will be an essential aspect of your work, aimed at enhancing system functionality and overall user experience, directly impacting the quality of health service delivery. Collaborative engagement with clinical teams and business partners is paramount to understanding intricate workflows and ensuring complete system alignment with operational requirements, thereby enriching the patient experience.</p>
<h3>Required Expertise and Professional Growth</h3>
<p>Candidates for this Senior Advisor position must possess a minimum of one Epic certification from either OpTime, Anesthesia, or Radiant, demonstrating specialised expertise in these critical application areas. A robust background in configuring and supporting Epic systems within a healthcare setting, with at least four years of dedicated experience, is absolutely essential. Additionally, a minimum of two years of hospital clinical and/or hospital information systems experience will provide invaluable insight into the operational context of THP. This role demands a demonstrated ability in application build, comprehensive testing, effective issue resolution, and seamless workflow integration, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
