The role also involves accurate maintenance of surface land information within CNRL's systems and databases, including registrations, notices, amendments, renewals, and expiries, alongside completing required weekly and monthly reports. Processing and coordinating annual rental payments and compensation in accordance with agreement terms is another critical aspect, requiring close collaboration with Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies and respond to landowner inquiries. This position supports capital, maintenance, integrity, and operational projects by providing crucial land status information and tracking surface access timing, assisting internal teams with planning and execution requirements. Acting as a primary point of contact for landowners, Land Agents, lawyers, and Crown agencies, this role demands a high degree of accuracy, integrity, and professionalism while meeting deadlines and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment that values its people.
