About the Role

As a Stocking Team Associate at Walmart in Woodstock, New Brunswick, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service. This position involves completing assigned stocking activities, ensuring merchandise is accurately placed, and maintaining a safe and clean shopping environment for our customers. You will contribute as part of a collaborative team to strategically plan and execute daily duties based on workload and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting them with product inquiries, locating merchandise, and helping with purchase decisions. You will also be responsible for resolving customer issues or referring concerns to appropriate personnel.

You will review the workload for assigned areas of the store and accurately sign merchandise. A key part of the role is maintaining modular integrity and addressing shelf capacity errors, as well as working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.

Contributing to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment is essential, requiring adherence to company policies and procedures, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure. You will also prepare the backroom efficiently for the stock unloading process, ensuring proper fixtures, supplies, and tools are used for all tasks.
