Key Responsibilities

As a Directs Store Delivery Associate, you will ensure high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in its designated location. Your duties include promptly processing direct and local shipments, which encompass OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and the receiving of warehouse trailers. You will also contribute to training other DSD Associates on all receiving area processes. Maintaining a clean receiving area is crucial, involving the preparation of returns, claims, and MTR's for prompt shipment with all necessary documentation. Adherence to safety rules for lifting procedures, box blades, pallet jacks, and ladders is paramount. You will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to effectively resolve any problems or discrepancies. Safeguarding backdoor and key controls to ensure compliance with company guidelines is another key responsibility. Furthermore, you will follow guidelines for cold chain compliance, ensuring quality assurance by meticulously documenting all necessary information on the Receiving Temperature Log or Sure Check App.
