Key Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities will include developing and supporting web and mobile applications across the J.D. Irving enterprise. You will work with a full technology stack, including C#, .Net, Angular, and JavaScript, to improve application performance, availability, and scalability. This position requires the ability to adapt between creative and technical focuses based on project needs. You will also participate in 24/7 on-call support and engage in effective customer communication to gather requirements, provide status updates, and coordinate testing and deployments. Furthermore, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and solution modernisation efforts, operating within Waterfall and Agile environments by participating in activities such as estimating, sprint planning, testing, document creation, and production support.

What You'll Bring

Candidates should possess a university degree, college diploma, or equivalent qualification in a related discipline. We are looking for individuals with 0-2 years of experience, ideally with exposure to programming languages and Microsoft technologies. Experience with ADO, Git, and Deployment Pipelines is also required. Successful applicants will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team-player attitude. A problem-solving mindset, analytical thinking, and a passion for technology are essential, along with being data and process driven.
