Working closely with Instructional Systems Designers, Courseware Developers, subject matter experts, and project stakeholders, you will support Training Needs Analysis and Training Media Analysis, ensuring all training solutions align with operational requirements, system performance outcomes, and industry best practices. This position involves contributing to the design of training systems that integrate advanced combat and platform technologies, applying a blend of instructional methodologies, technical expertise, and emerging learning approaches to deliver effective and scalable training solutions.
